Orbisens Cafeteria Application Topology
Smart Environmental Monitoring, Energy, and Safety Management
This topology illustrates how the Orbisens Smart Environmental Monitoring System functions in cafeteria and restaurant environments, combining automation, environmental control, and safety under a single unified platform.
The system measures key parameters such as temperature, humidity, CO₂ (PPM), PM2.5, and air pressure, continuously analyzing them to trigger automatic actions that enhance comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
The Orbisens control unit gathers data from both internal and external sensors via Modbus RTU or TCP/IP communication, coordinating with BatSens backup modules, HVAC systems, and lighting or signage automation.
Zone-based operation (Safe Zone, Fire Zone, Water Leak Zone, Motion Zone) ensures specialized control for each area:
- In a fire zone, heat or smoke detection triggers alarms and emergency actions.
- In a water leak zone, the system shuts off valves or pumps automatically.
- When CO₂ levels rise, the HVAC system activates to refresh air circulation.
The BatSens module guarantees continuous operation during power outages, while Smart Climate Control and Restaurant System Control optimize energy use.
Through integration with PULAS 360 + CfOs, all systems and environmental data are monitored and managed from a single intelligent dashboard.
With this structure, Orbisens transforms environmental awareness into intelligent decision-making — uniting comfort, safety, and energy management within one smart, connected ecosystem.
