Orbistech stores your personal data on secure servers and takes necessary technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of the KVKK. These measures include:

- Ensuring that our employees are trained and informed about KVKK to prevent unlawful processing and disclosure of personal data.

7. Rights of Data Subjects under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:
- To learn whether their personal data has been processed,
- If processed, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To object to results that may arise against them through analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if they suffer damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Data subjects may submit their requests in writing or via registered email (KEP) to info@orbistech.com.tr. Requests will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
